OSS competitive teams will host their tryouts September 5th-15th at Ottawa U. Dates, and times for each age group will be circulated to registrants closer to September.

PLEASE NOTE: We encourage all players trying out for competitive to also register for House League as well so they are guaranteed a spot should they not be selected for the team. If a player is selected for a team, they will receive a 100% refund of their House League fees.

Players should do their best to be in attendance for ALL tryout dates if possible. If you cannot make a particular date, please let your coach know in advance.

All competitive teams have been formed for 2023-24. 

OSS house league teams operate in 2 year cohorts. Teams will have 1 practice and 1 game per week against other local competition. Minimal travel (Ottawa only) may be involved for games. Friend requests, evening requests etc. will be collected closer to sort outs in September.

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot confirm all locations or times until players have completed the sort process in September.

All House League teams have been formed for 2023-24.

Women's Beginner Basketball Program (18+)
Take part in 6 introductory sessions with some skill development work followed by scrimmages in this adult introductory basketball program.
