WE’RE LOOKING FOR YOU TO JOIN TEAM OSS! 🙌
As the Ottawa Shooting Stars continue to grow, we’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help make the OSS experience even better for our players, families and community.
OSS is a volunteer-led organization, and there are so many ways to get involved. Whether you have a few hours to spare or would like to take on a bigger role throughout the season, there’s a spot for you on Team OSS!
KEY LEADERSHIP COORDINATOR ROLES
We’re currently looking to fill several important volunteer leadership positions:
- Volunteer Coordinator
- Social Media Coordinator (Instagram/Facebook)
- Fundraising, Sponsorship & Marketing Coordinator
- Equipment Coordinators (2 roles)
- Special Events Coordinator
- Coaching Coordinator (Novice/Small Ball Open 2026-27 season)
- Age Group Convenor(s) House League
- Scorekeeper Coordinator
- Clothing Coordinator

OTHER WAYS TO VOLUNTEER
Not looking for a leadership role? No problem! We’re also always looking for volunteers to help with:
- ⏱️ Scorekeeping & game-day support
- 🎉 Events & tournament assistance
- 💻 Administrative support
- 🤝 Sponsorship & fundraising
- 👕 Equipment & uniform distribution
- 🙌 General volunteer opportunities
No previous experience is necessary for many of these roles. All you need is a positive attitude and a willingness to help support our players and community!
