Our Women’s Beginner Basketball Program in partnership with the Ottawa U Gee-Gees women’s basketball team is back for the Winter 2026 season. Join us at the University of Ottawa’s Montpetit Hall (125 University Prv) where participants will learn the fundamentals of basketball, with small sided games and scrimmages in a fun, judgment free atmosphere.
Whether you’re returning to the court after years away from the sport, or looking to get involved for the first time, there’s a spot for you in this program. Participants must be aged 19 or older, no previous experience necessary.
This year, we will run sessions on the following dates:
January 11 : 10:00-11:30AM
January 18 : 10:00-11:30AM
January 25: TBD
February 1: 8-9:30AM
February 15: 10:00-11:30AM
February 22: 10:00-11:30AM
March 1: 10:00-11:30AM
March 7: 10-11:30AM
