The Ottawa Shooting Stars and Rising Stars programs are proud to bring back our popular summer camps for another offseason of fun and development for players in the National Capital Region.
The competitive development camp is 100% basketball related activities from the start of the day to pick up. It is geared towards athletes already in the high performance or competitive stream, or recreational players hoping to make the jump to competitive the following season. The basketball fundamentals camp will have two on-court sessions per day (morning and afternoon), plus additional off court multi-sport activities throughout the week.
Camps will run from 9am-4pm daily, and will have a 30 minute drop off (8:30-9am) and pick up (4-4:30pm) buffer built in for parents.

REFUND POLICY:
A refund of 80% will be provided until one week prior to the camp starting. There will be no refunds after that time. Please contact the OSS registrar to submit your refund request.
LOCATIONS:
Please note, that until community use of schools has finalized their summer maintenance schedule, and approved community permits, we cannot guarantee locations at his time. Camps will be based out of schools in the OSS catchment area (Westboro/Downtown).

Who will be running the camps?
The competitive development camps will be run by Rising Stars coaches and assistants, in partnership with several post secondary institutions who will be providing players and coaches for guest training sessions throughout the week. All Basketball Fundamentals programs will be run by members of the OSS executive team, current Ottawa Shooting Stars coaches and assistants, and members from the local basketball community.
What do campers need to bring?
-Clean indoor running/basketball shoes
-Outdoor footwear
-Water Bottle
-Basketball with their name clearly written on it
-Lunch each day except Friday (Fridays will include a pizza lunch for all participants)
