Spring Skills Training Sessions

The focus of spring skills training will be on building fundamental basketball skills in several areas including:

  • Shooting
  • Ball-Handling
  • Finishing
  • Footwork
  • Defense
  • Passing
  • Post Play
  • Spacing and Moving Without the Ball

Open to competitive and house league players. Prior basketball experience is recommended.

2 groups split into Basketball Canada’s LTAD levels:

Boys and Girls Learn to Train (2006-2008)
Boys and Girls Train to Train (2004-2005)

25 spots open maximum per group

Cost: $75 per player (gives you access to all sessions)
